When I accelerate the car judders when it reaches 40-50 then stops then if I accelerate again same thing. Also gear stick moves back and forth in 4th gear mainly.

The fan for the heater and aircon sounds like it has come loose, everytime i go round a corner the fan sounds like its hiting something. i checked under the dash and i think the blower box has come loose but not shore how i would secure it?
