Peugeot Problems

My car peugeot 406 1.8FLY engine- when the car accelerates around 1000-1400rpm the engine starts to hesitate and same when the engine decelerates. Also the purge valve works continuously even when the engine is heated.

does anyone know the soil sequence code for my car - timing is out but don't know which way the coils should be on it.... help please.....ASAP......
