2005 Peugeot 206 knocking noise from front

When I go over a bump there is a knocking/clonking noise coming from the front of the car, could it be the suspension, top plates or bushes.

Case of jacking up and checking steering , susp. coil springs etc. etc. for wear .

Probably just a droplink but check balljoints and also wishbone bushes
