hello all I have a 307 and I cant open the boot I have changed the micro switch in the handle and it still wont open,though it is clicking when you touch the handle

when im in the car i've got to have the fan on full bore on the windscreen clear setting or it steams up also if the fan isnt on full very little comes on.

the front washer works fine but when you put the rear washer on it comes out of the front im very confused.
