Is the engine management light on if it was a faulty injector then this should be picked up and light the eml on your dash.If not might be worth doing a fuel,air filter change.

I have a similar problem, mine is cutting out when I am in 2nd gear, slow down, and then when I accelerate again, the battery doesn't cut but the accelerator just does nothing (not revving or anything, just nothing happening). No warning lights flashing. Eventually battery cuts when car slows to a stop, regardless of whether I clutch or not. Restarts no problem.
This only started happening since I got it serviced last week (and replaced exhaust). I brought it back to the garage, they cleaned idle valve (?) and couldn't find anything else wrong but it is still happening.
Help pls!
