I have a red flashing STOP light at the bottom of the speedometer which comes on pretty regular but no other warning lights come on

Fitted new battery plenty of power but won't start lights all on. Key very dodgy been super glued up and rattles could this be the problem

Ok, Car not starting after a new battery 100% charged put in. States brakes faulty and wont start engine. It's a common problem it as I see it written everywhere.
