1999 Peugeot 406 no 1 and 4 plugs are always black while the 2 and plugs always is black too and fuel in it....

Car: Peugeot 406
Year: 1999
Variant: 1.8 turbo 8v
The 1 and 4 plugs has black carbon in it always and the 2 and 3 plugs has also black carbon and unburned fuel in it mouth..
I've checked the coil and it's ok..

Tried replacing the plugs checking the leads,is the car running rough,may need a few bits and emissions check tune up

Could be valve stems/ oil seals worn or engine wear , check compressions

I found out that my head gasket between 2 and 3 plugs just melted...
So I changed it and everything came back to normal...
