Have change diesel filter on My partner pump with hand pump try start pump again try start No result Is there any fuelcut reele or other thing that could been broken any spesial reset after this job ? With all this problem also put in a new battery

Could try cracking a injector pipe whilst turning the engine to see if any air , fuel getting up but got to be very careful when doing so .

Did you prime / fill when fitting the filter ( some people clean it out ) , check all the fuel connections are on properly, and pump the priming bulb till it gets hard?

I have pump with handpump to it come out of return , tryied to bleed injector pipes , but no high pressure out. can the stop solenoid been almost shut

I haven't got a fuse box diagram for that vehicle year but on others there is one inside and another in the engine bay and worth checking fuses .
