I think it refers to " Speed limiter On / Pause " Could verify or not in owners manual / handbook .

Thanks .. that's what it was .. mechanic picked car up for mot .. used cruise control .. didn't cancel it .. we haven't had car long,came with no handbook .. we didn't even know it had cruise control !
