2005 Peugeot 1007 fitted new battery plenty of power but won't start lights all on. key very dodgy been super glued up and rattles could this be the problem

New battery fitted plenty of power. On the turn of the key all lights come on but doesn't seem to be engaging starter. As stated I only have one key which has been taped and super glued up and rattles

Try your spare key if your sure there’s plenty of PWR in the battery or check for power at starter motor
