Vauxhall Problems

The courtesy / interior lights on my Vectra do not work. I 've checked the bulbs which seem to be ok but cannot find the correct fuse information to check that next. Can anyone help. Thanks

There is a knocking and rubbing noise coming from the engine only when the clutch is pressed 2/3rd's of the way down when not in gear. And you can feel the vibration through the pedal.
