Battery appears to be dead THEN by removing negative lead from battery waiting for about 1minute replace lead and car starts ok

Sqeak coming from the accelerater but only after the car is up to temperature and driving in gear the faster the car goes the faster the sqeak if you back of the pedal it stops but starts when pressed again
