2000 Vauxhall Crossland X sat nav telling me to seek nearest vauxhall garage but no warning lights

The little box on the sat nav with and exclamation mark says i need to take car to nearest workshop but have no clue why?

Cant ignore it , contact Vauxhall dealership and ask for advice , guidance or get it scanned for fault codes to see what has triggered the warning light . Depends on colour of warning , red is serious , yellow not so bad , Could be something relatively minor
