Driver's seat not moving back it only goes forward

Overnight battery failure. Battery replacement installed - everything fine except flashers / hazards that are always on when battery connected. Unsure if hazards may have taken battery down to start with but they were not on when car locked...

When I’m doing 40/50 mph it’s on about 4000/5000 revs any idea why ?

My boot won't open and my rear wiper doesn't work. There's no unlocking sound when I press the boot release button above the rear number plate. The fuse seems OK. Not sure if there is a relay for the boot locking mechanism.

Cranking but not starting

When I take key out of ignition the radio will not turn down or turn off, when the door closes the radio still stays on.

Screen flickered several times simply went off. Car continued to run, start etc but there is none of the MM function - no nav, no radio, telephone or system options

often going up an incline, it just drops down a gear followed by dropping down another gear usually with a big clunk.

when changing 1st to 2nd gear bear linkage seems to jam up and I have to force gear stick to get it out of gear and into neutral before selecting 2nd gear . Its as if it is jammed in gear.

2001 soft top will not close beeps when activate switch for either up or down. hand book says to lift the top by hand to close but there is too much resistance to this for top to unfold..

Warning light on dash check pollution system

The window goes down which ever way you press the button, but the only way it will close is to get out ! and lock the car then it closes. Have weired is that. Anyone can advise if you please.
