car not starting only when it is warm it starts with key/ignition.
over revving when start also in drive when I clutch revs go to 1500 rpm,oil very thin.
fumes overload.

Sounds like clutch slipping , engine wear and probably more faults .Dependant on overall condition , might be uneconomical to repair and time to change car
