Was told fitting a new hazard switch would cure it but it didn't, any help appreciated.

Had a bakerlight burning smell inside the car, went to use wipers nothing, tried to replace 30 amp fuses 3 times and as soon as the new fuse touches the contacts in the fuse box they blow.
