2001 Renault Laguna white and blue smoke

When my car is running under 200 rmp it is fine. But when i put my foot down i have all my power but loads of white and a bit of blue smoke poor out of the back. I have had all the pipes cleaned new oil filters inter cooler cleaned another turbo put on .And still loads of smoke anyone got any ideas ?

Hello i had similar problem.
I first disconnected the egr electrical plug , u can see it if u standing batt side and looking down about 2 o clock , if does not help u need to disconnect the 2 screws and remove egr and clean it ,and check the solonoid.
