looks like motor problem. clicking inside motor when handbrake pulled, sounds like solenoid or relay trying to work. is there any way round taking car to renault (even if i fit second hand unit)to programme unit to car?

You may not have to programme anything as the motor is not integrated to the calliper s like most systems and you do not have to select any service mode when doing the brake pads,I think it,s just a stand alone motor.
