Hi I sent my Ford Kuga 2014 to the dealer for servicing in October 2021 and they said it had a problem with the DPF and need to be fixed. I have not had it back since then and they keep saying they are still waiting for the parts. What should I do?

Ford smax titanium 2014, message came up trasmission limited function only goes at 20mph in 2nd gear, there's no noise or any burning smell, gears also smooth.
