Windows all open when locked

2016 Ford Galaxy Titanium diesel 180ps
Car: Ford Galaxy
Year: 2016
Variant: Titanium diesel 180ps
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
When the car is parked and locked after indeterminate periods the windows all fully open. This usually happens when raining or in damp conditions and the car gets flooded. The mirrors stay in the folded condition and the doors seem to remain locked. This has happened intermittently since the car was brand new. Ford have been unable fix the problem despite numerous attempts and obviously don't really know what the problem is. They usually "reload the software" and claim it will "now be okay". The problem is never fixed and just occurs again a few weeks/months later.

Common cause can be a low car battery . Check your battery voltage after car lying overnight and prior to starting. Then either charge or replace battery if needed .

Much appreciate your reply and advice. This has happened since the car was new, however, and combined with the fact that the battery seems to have full output after any event including closing all windows and starting the engine (diesel and preheaters) without hesitation does mitigate against it being a duff battery. I will give it a go but will need to dig out a meter from somewhere first so it'll be a couple of days before I get back with feedback.
