When turning the car right on full lock at a junction, I get a tapping noise. I recently relpaced the cv boot thinking that would solve it. However the issue still remains & is driving me mad....any clues???

My cars fan not working on setting 0-3 but on setting 4 it is working finr. I have tried my car AC as well but same problem only works on setting 4. I have checked all fuses and they look fine. Any diagnosis and solution please

My car was fine until yesterday when suddenly blower motor stopped working on setting 0-3 but on setting 4 it is working fine. I have checked all fuses but they look ok, I dont know whether I need to change them anyway or not.
