I can be driving along quite merrily and all of a sudden the car just cuts out. leave it a few minuites and its fine. its not the battery or alternator please help i'm getting desperate.

i have renewed the head with brand new,plus head gasket, put it all back together and the water system is still pressurising. I think the compresion is leaking into the water jackets some how please help. thank you.
