1997 Vauxhall Monterey i don't think there is any fuel getting threw it just cut out while driving

It just cut out while driving and keeps turning over but won't start

Fuel unlikely as that normally makes the car splutter and cough before dying first.
So check that it has crank angle sensor signal by checking the rev counter is registering.
Then check the cam belt timing.
