1995 Vauxhall Monterey loss of battery life

Hi, yesterday I went to leave work only to find the vehicle had flat batteries, on investigation I found one of the batteries was u/, so I changed the offending battery and all was good again. However this morning I went to leave for work only to find the vehicle dead as a dodo. No prior warning or dash lights. Any advice?

First thing to do would be getting batteries tested and alternator output also . If all o.k , check for a parasitic drain .Any battery with a weak cell is unlikely to hold charge and drain overnight .
