I have had code 4 come up, there is water and anti freeze in the coolant tank, but the temperature gauge did not move from zero when I drove into work this morning about 30 miles

My air con is coming on automatically when I switch the heater on. My car is not heating up or clearing the mist from the window. It is now making a dinging/alarm noise when I drive.
