Heating not blowing out fans

Im not getting any heat out of my front fans and no air whatso ever blowing out the top and bottom fans
I think there is still hot air being produced as i can feel warmth below the control unit the thermostat is fine and there is water
Can anyone help please as im pretty hands on and want to try and fix the problem myself and not pay someone £100s for an hour job (hopefully)

I would start with checking the fuses.

Is the heater motor functioning but it's air distribution fault ?

Just a thought , not on recirculating .
