Mini Problems

I have on my dashboard light the A! with an arrow clockwise , I changed battery and coded , all good, but I still have the warning light on . With the code ID 397 , Nobody knows what can be !!!...

Whenever i turn my steering wheel to the left or right there is a loud squeaking noise

steerinng will not shut off,still running when sut down car,,,then battery goes flat..took small black plug off steering motor and still it runs,,

Loosing coolant, The coolant tank is empty after a week of commuting to school (about a 20 mile run). There is no leaking onto garage floor and no sign of fluid in and around the engine bay.
