Loosing coolant, The coolant tank is empty after a week of commuting to school (about a 20 mile run). There is no leaking onto garage floor and no sign of fluid in and around the engine bay.

Could check inside to see if front carpets are wet / damp indicating possible heater matrix leak . If no obvious sign of leak , you need a pressure test of cooling system to check for external leak . If not that you might have to carry out a block test on cooling system also .
