2008 Mini Cooper a! start / stop on dashboard

I have on my dashboard light the A! with an arrow clockwise , I changed battery and coded , all good, but I still have the warning light on . With the code ID 397 , Nobody knows what can be !!! . I Google it ,and I found that 2 option, neutral gear sensor , and/or vacuum break pump sensor ? ??

If no vacuum leak I believe it's caused by the brake servo pressure sensor faulty . but never done one before so cant verify for sure or not
