2003 Mercedes Benz C Class Problems

As i am driving along a warning comes up reduce oil in engine

CAR COUGHS AND SPLUTTERS WHEN IDLE,WHEN PARKING,SOMETIMES CUTS OUT,NUMEROUS WARNING LIGHTS,HORN STOPPED,WORKING.

pls the car is jerking on slow driving,but while speeding it will not jerk.so have change the fuel pump and fuel fiter and plugs and the jerking is still doing.pls helf me with the problem out.the engine is kompressor 271 engine.
