2009 Mercedes Benz C Class fault code: f00e-the status ‘circuit 15’ is implausible

Car suddenly does not want to turn and start . I put the key in , it lights the dashboard and unlocks steering wheel, but won’t start .
This is the only fault code it shows (I must mention I do have basic diag tool)
