May not be a switch on that year but usually tells you how to reset in owners handbook

Try this

- Start with the key in the OFF position.
- Turn the key to MAR.

Now, with the indicator stalk:

- Indicate right
- Neutral
- Indicate left
- Neutral
- Indicate right
- Neutral
- Indicate left
- Neutral

Finally, turn the key to OFF .

Sometimes you may have to repeat procedure a few times for it to work

Fit a permanent connecting wire from the battery earth to the frame of the ECU....a quick, cheap, easy fix.

Ignore above advice . Fuel cut off is a safety device and should not be messed about with , bypassed or interfered with
