My ds4 Has oil all over the engine and now is parked on my drive, has no power wont even ignite to wind my windows up. Not sure what it is can any one help ?

The car lose power as if it goes into a lower gear, then cannot go up a bridge or incline! as if a plug have died

Yellow engine light flashing, switch engine off and fan comes on. Turn engine on engine light is on and steady and fan goes off?
