DS3 2013 , bought car privately 4 days ago, fan stayed on 10 minutes after 30 minute journey, following day 20 minute journey stop engine come up on console and temperature gauge up in red

I HAVE A 2013 DS 3 D Sport, I can not get the Radio or Infotainment screen to work. I have checked all conectionsand the 15amp fuse in the radio, can someone please help. Thanks Mike
