Fuel Tank Problems

Lacquer through out fuel system likely from California gas, cleaning recommendations please. Won't start.

Digital Fuel Gauge always shows Full since the last time I filled up.

Vehicle has gone into limp mode but different things each time Last time it came up as no one injector and drove on 3cylinders but is now out of limp mode and driving ok.

Very intermittent engine will loose power and pooor running until you key off and restart it may be ok again for several weeks

initial problem was neat petrol smell on filling, then overnight sudden flat spot in low gear, then lack of power in low gear particularlly when pulling up hill, but this is all very intermittant. Now added to the mix is poor starting again...

When I try and fill with petrol it acts like it's full, even when empty. Nozzle clicks. It takes ages to fill. Any advice please
