Lacquer through out fuel system likely from California gas, cleaning recommendations please. Won't start.

Could be a big job !! Drain fuel tanks , replace fuel filter,s ( some years . models in the States had two fuel filters ) , replenish fuel and hope you dont need to strip down carbs . Try some easy start to help on start up if needed .
