car having trouble starting because when the car is turned off it floods the engine with petrol and wont start then has to drained and restarted but fault keeps occuring local garage cant find problem

cant flood as when injectors closed fuel cant get through unless!!!
an injector is sticking open and dripping fuel when off..easy to check see if fuel pressure drops of when return blocked
