Fuel Tank Problems

Fuel pump cuts out as soon as I start filling tank.

showing fault code P0304 but vehicle seems fine

no error code in engine systems showing up in ROSS tech OBD. engine is cranking well, fuel pressure is within the limit, the battery is good but still not starting. no MIL on the dashboard and can you please help
