2018 Citroen C4 can not get diesel into tank at garage fourcourts cuts out

when i try to fill up the garage pump when i put the nozzle in the fuel tank the pump keeps on stopping as if the tank is full when its half full.

Usually caused by fault with tank not venting properly due to fault on breathing / emissions controls / valve . Holding the nozzle out a bit might ease the problem a little
