2011 Peugeot 5008 keeps going into limp mode

Vehicle has gone into limp mode but different things each time Last time it came up as no one injector and drove on 3cylinders but is now out of limp mode and driving ok.

Either get the injectors replaced / serviced or try fuel injection cleaner additive to fuel tank
