I no that it came back with the fault so I paid £200the change the part picked it up now its saing it's the Acu but the garage wont help me

If they diagnosed the fault and fitted a part that did not fix it , ask them for a refund and ask why it is now needing an ECU and why that did not show in the original diagnostic scan

Is this ACU you mention the ECU ? I've never heard of an ACU . I don't know what the fault codes were , what they replaced and what they found to suggest it needs an ECU now and why they wont touch it . Depends on how long ago the car was remapped and if it was running o.k or if the faults have started since then . To many unknown factors to really advise .
