Bulbs have been changed & fuse checked

The engine starts every time, however when driving the car it will some times not get up speed it feels like there is no acceleration and sometimes the engine stops especially going in reverse.

the headlights are very dim while on dip but full beam is ok. also drivers side brake light the bulb has blown twice in one month.
