2000 Volkswagen Polo vw polo airconditioning/ heating problem

Car: Volkswagen Polo
Year: 2000
Hi, i have a vw polo which sometimes blows extremely hot air when i turn on the air conditioner. I am in africa with the car so do not care whether the heater works or not. All i want to know is how can i disconnect the heater totally?!
Is there a fuse i can remove or a wire i can cut or a part i can take out??
Again, i dont care if the heater works, in fact, i want it Not to work.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Do you mean the interior control inside that car? That doesnt change the temp, Whit. Thx tho.

If you shut the heater valve , no hot water will get into heater matrix .Used to be able to bypass heater hoses from matrix altogether , so no heat but dont know your set up on that car
