engine rattles when cold have changed engine oil and filter rattle still there but dose go quiter when at working tempreture

Serviced the vehicle before Xmas 2020, and reset the service light, all OK, Then in mid January it started to stay on in the morning after starting, and won't go off until I have driven about 10.miles,then if I stop and restart the engine ...

Service light not going off

The service light on my meriva stays on when started in the morning. Drive for about 6 miles restart and it goes off and stays off. Does not seem to be temperature related, any ideas???
