2020 Vauxhall Grandland X faults and loss of power

Car fault lights go on car suddenly goes into limp home mode while driving on M6. 2nd time this has happened had it checked but no fault code could be found.
Seperate occasion Car dash has also done a full reboot while driving. Instrument panel completely blank for 10 or so seconds.

Surprised Vauxhall dealership could not retrieve stored fault codes if fault light and going into limp mode . As for dash , usually that occurs on other cars if car battery condition low . Might be worth LOAD testing battery and alternator
