There is no power when I step on the gas

After steady motorway or A road driving for about 1-2 hours acceleration is very poor in range 50 mph to 80mph. Kickdown does not make gearbox change down. Problem does not happen when driving short distances locally.

Screen wash is full, cleaned the hole. its not working. Garage said it needs the part ordering. Can i do this myself? Thanks for any help

stays in D does not select 1st gear .takes time to put into gesr,but goes in after 4 or 5 attemps.

The car stops running when coming to a stop.When eventually starts it seems like not enough fuel is getting through and it kind of splutters then clears itself after a few attempts to get it running

I have replaced the air filter and thoroughly cleaned the throttle body and air intake to no avail. What is the next course of action. It just keeps stalling when coming to a complete stop and won't idle.
