2015 Ssangyong Tivoli my screen keeps on shutting down and then reconnects... what's the remedy? thank you

I connect my phone and mid call the screen shuts down intermittently then reboots. It can do the same when the radio is on..

One possible cause could be a low car battery , might be worthwhile getting it LOAD tested and voltage checked . Dependent on findings , may need charging or replaced but other possible cause . This is worth checking out first before getting too deeply involved Simple . two min test
