2015 Ssangyong Korando buzz noise when starting (car is auto)

When I go to start the car sometimes there is a buzz from behind the centre of the dash. if i switch off and restart the car starts as normal.

Could it be heater / air con related and it's the various flaps cycling ?

Thanks. It only happens now and then. Can anything be done about it? Or should i leave things alone

A lot of cars have this type of noise occasionally dependent on what settings various components were left at when car switched off previously which is perfectly normal , A lot of times it may be related to heater settings , air con , temp settings , cd disc player , but usually nothing to worry about

It goes away when i switch off then on again. Would it go away of its own accord if i left the engine on for say 30 seconds?
