Car won't start , a loud buzzing noise from throttle housing ! Is this the problem or something else

If engine not turning over , try a jump start .

Tried jump start , nothing , car just dead , battery fully charged

Check the main engine earth on top of gearbox at the rear and other earths .Check battery terminals .Check you are getting power to starter .

Do you have ignition lights ?

Power going to starter , lights etc all working , think it a new starter motor needed

Certainly sounds like starter.could try giving it a whack to see if its just stuck

Looks like knackered starter , could whip it out and confirm with a bench test .

Help , I've removed the scuttle panel to my 05 scenic and snapped the clips , any ideas where I could buy some or fix them ? . Tried superglue but dust work ?
