2013 Volkswagen Golf there is a buzzing sound from engine as if something is trying to start. there is a continuous clicking in the fuse box that seems to confirm this.

The sound is buzz, pause, buzz, pause and it is all the time. There is a continuous clicking in the fuse box. The buzz buzz starts as soon as the ignition is turn on and is very clear to hear up to 2nd gear. Everytime Stop/Start is engaged it is so obvious that passengers are starting to ask me what wrong with my car.
